With our CORE package, we’ll create and manage high-performing Google Ads for you, while also giving you full access to our proprietary new patient tracking systems through the Rise DDS Dashboard. We’ll also optimize your website to rank at the top of Google for key competitive terms, and actually show you the names of the new patients we are bringing into your practice every week and month from our marketing. The ad spend is paid directly to Google to create full transparency. As part of this package, we will also host your practice’s website, provide up to 4 hours of development work, and ensure the SEO is maximized for all relevant keywords. You will have 24/7 access to a customized dashboard showcasing results and website/traffic improvement.

We will include one hour of call coaching per month with your practice or call center with our Senior Call Coach to ensure new patient calls are being handled properly and the front desk staff is performing their best! We will work with your staff to ensure you have a robust review and social media strategy. This is the ultimate package for leveraging what online/digital marketing can offer to bring in a steady stream of new patients.

Platinum Organics Package

This solution includes a very aggressive organic Google marketing approach that will bring in a steady stream of new patients every month by placing your website at the top of Google and other search engines for key search terms. This is the ultimate package for maximizing the number of new patients you can bring in from organic Google and Google My Business efforts, and greatly expands on our core package by adding three times the number of back-links every month, and doubling the number of targeted keywords on Google and other search engines. We’ll fully optimize your site’s SEO as well as create a consistent set of backlinks every month to position your site at the top of Google in a short period of time. We’ll create an additional Provider Profile on Google My Business, and manage this in addition to your main Google My Business profile. We’ll generate reviews to this profile as well and optimize it for targeted traffic and rankings. This will be an entirely new source of additional new patient bookings that will draw a volume similar to your main profile and website!
